KARACHI (NNI) Light and heavy rains in different areas of Karachi broke the heat wave.
According to the Meteorological Department, there is no possibility of heavy rain in the city, the new spell will enter from August 3, heavy rain is expected from August 4 to 7.
It should be noted that heavy rain was recorded in II Chandragarh Road, Sadar Gurmand, Lasbela, MA Jinnah Road and surrounding areas while heavy rain was recorded in Gulshan Iqbal, Gulistan Johar, Federal B Area, Liaquatabad, Karimabad, North Nazimabad. With the rain, water accumulated on the roads and electricity supply was suspended in different areas of the city.
The heat wave was broken by the rain, but the citizens were also seen complaining about the problems.
The citizens said that they are facing problems due to the incompetence of the Sindh government. The problem of drainage has always been there which is not being solved.
