Karachi’s areas of Malir, Kemari, Lyari, and District West will soon see the launch of new routes for the Peoples Bus Service. A meeting chaired by Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon was held to discuss this development.
During the meeting, it was decided that starting Monday, trial runs for the Peoples Bus Service will commence from Hawksbay to Saddar and from Manghopir to Banaras. Additionally, proposals were made to introduce the Red Bus Service from Malir to Lyari and the Pink Bus Service from Malir KDA Mor to Yousuf Goth in Baldia Town.
While addressing the meeting, Sharjeel Memon emphasized that providing accessible, efficient, and affordable transportation to the public is a priority for the government. He highlighted that by expanding public transport, they are facilitating easier travel for the citizens.
