The court’s decision came after Khan failed to appear in a previous hearing, leading to the revocation of his bail. He was promptly taken into custody following the court’s directive at the Anti-Terrorism Complex within Karachi Central Jail.
The legal proceedings, central to three cases stemming from the May 9 events, saw the attendance of other accused individuals such as Haleem Adil Sheikh and Raja Azhar.
