Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah inaugurated three major projects in Naya Nazimabad: the Naya Nazimabad Gymkhana, Flyover, and Jama Masjid. The event, marked by simplicity and elegance, was attended by prominent figures, including Mr. Sharjeel Inam Memon, Mr. Saeed Ghani, Syed Nasir Hussain Shah, Sardar Muhammad Bux Khan Mahar, and Barrister Murtaza Wahab, the Mayor of Karachi. The ceremony also drew parliamentarians, leading businessmen, bankers, and industry leaders from Karachi.

In his address, Chief Minister Shah emphasized the government’s commitment to providing high-quality living standards with essential amenities for health, sports, and entertainment. He noted that due to limited resources, the government alone cannot fulfill all these needs and underscored the importance of private sector involvement in socially impactful projects like Naya Nazimabad. Shah expressed confidence that such initiatives not only offer a healthy living environment but also significantly contribute to urban regeneration, social upliftment, and the province’s economic well-being. He praised Arif Habib and his team for their progress and assured them that the Sindh government would support similar projects.

Arif Habib, Chairman of Naya Nazimabad, thanked the Sindh government, regulatory bodies, banks, financial institutions, customers, architects, engineers, contractors, and residents for their trust and support. He highlighted that the project’s success relies on a collaborative model involving all stakeholders under transparent and disciplined structures. Habib pointed out that Naya Nazimabad is rapidly becoming an integrated habitat for the mid-income class, promoting a healthy, prosperous, and productive society.

Naya Nazimabad, the largest master-planned, gated residential community in Karachi, aims to house more than 50,000 families upon completion. The project stands out due to its meticulous planning, quality of work, and world-class amenities, with a strong focus on sustainability and environmentally friendly resource management. It is considered a secure and safe investment for residents and investors alike.
