Karachi has recently been ranked as the 11th most polluted city globally, according to the latest reports. The Meteorological Department provided details on the city’s current weather conditions, noting that winds are blowing from the southwest at a speed of 22 km per hour. The temperature in Karachi is currently 32 degrees Celsius, but it feels like 38 degrees due to the heat intensity.
Today’s maximum temperature is expected to reach 37 degrees Celsius, while the minimum was recorded at 31.5 degrees Celsius. The humidity level in the air stands at 70 percent.
Karachi has also become the fifth most polluted city in Pakistan. The concentration of polluted particles in the air is recorded at 96 particulate meters, contributing to the city’s high pollution levels.
