From July 16, there is a possibility of significant increases in the prices of petrol and diesel . The price of petrol per liter may increase by Rs. 7.67, while diesel may see an increase of Rs. 3.72 per liter.
Additionally, starting from July 16, 2024, citizens will have to bear these increases for the next fifteen days. Petrol could be priced at Rs. 273.28 per liter, and diesel at Rs. 281.17 per liter during this period.
There is also a possibility of an increase of Rs. 2.73 per liter in the price of kerosene oil, and Rs. 0.92 per liter in the price of light diesel oil (LDO).
The new prices could potentially be Rs. 184.25 per liter for kerosene oil and Rs. 166.65 per liter for LDO.
